What we do

Philip Raw and Co Ltd  offer a wide range of  Building, Surveying and Land related services, including Analysis and Pathology and Valuation.

We are able to do so because Philip Raw has over 30 years experience having first qualified as a Building Inspector and then as a chartered Building surveyor in 1977. 

He has a great deal of knowledge with buildings of all types, age and condition.

He regularly works with a number of other experienced professionals from other disciplines such as engineers, damp and timber experts and architects, drawing in the expertise when required or recommending other options when appropriate.

There are not many experienced provincial practices that are able to offer such a range of services today.

• Party Wall matters and Boundary disputes.
• Asbestos inspections sampling and analysis. (P402 certified)
• Building and contract administration for clients undertaking building projects.
• Dilapidation schedules for Landlords and Tenants.
