Building Contract Administration

We assist clients with building projects by acting as Clients Agents.  This could be extension and or alteration to commercial or domestic property.

We will assist the client with any or all of the following

1  Design and specification requirements,

2. A suitable form of building contract

3 The tendering process and negotiating time scales with contractors.

4.  Periodic site inspections during the work.

5.  Valuation certification of work in progress.

It is necessary to meet you before the project to discuss your requirements and expectation and formulate a plan for the project. We will discuss the Objectives, the  purpose and nature of the work.
